The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is committed to the continued development of a comprehensive asset program to improve and sustain at acceptable levels the condition of its bridge and roadway infrastructure. INDOT is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a risk-based, Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP). See https://www.fhwa.dot.gov/asset/plans.cfm. Interested respondents shall include a cost proposal in the Letter of Interest (LOI) for this item which will be considered in the selection evaluation process. The cost proposal shall be included in the 8 page LOI page count limit.
