On Call

The selected firm shall perform Environmental services for projects within the Fort Wayne District. The consultant will be responsible for preparing Categorical Exclusion, Environmental Assessment, and Reevaluation documents for INDOT projects in accordance with the "Categorical Exclusion Manual". The consultant will prepare any part or section of an INDOT written NEPA document, to include but not limited to: Air Quality Studies, Noise Studies, Ecological Studies, Section 4(f), Section 7, Section 106, Bat Assessments, Waters Reports, Wetland Delineations, Early Coordination, and Red Flag Investigations. Additionally, the selected consultant will be responsible for Waterway Permitting and Wetland Mitigation. The consultant shall conduct professional public outreach and marketing services that include but not limited to Public Information Meetings, Open Houses, Project Hearings, and other public outreach activities as needed. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
