Project Development Services One Intersection Improvement project at US6 and Dogwood Rd in Marshall and one Sidewalk project on SR 25 from Rouch Pl to SR 14 in Fulton County

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all applicable permits, Topographic Survey, Road Design, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), traffic management plan, and construction phase services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. INDOT will perform the Geotechnical services, Pavement Design, Real Estate Appraising, Buying and Closing activities. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scope of Services Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The contracts may utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
