Four year, INDOT's option to extend one time for one year to allow for completion of services.

On Call

Consultant shall prepare Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments and Additional Information documents or other services for INDOT projects. Includes all necessary work to complete NEPA requirements. Consultant will prepare any part or section of an INDOT written NEPA document, to include but not limited to: Air quality, Noise, Ecological studies, Environmental justice, Section 4(f), Section 7, Early Coordination, and Red Flag Investigations. All On-Call contracts are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
