Project Development Services Intersection Improvement in Warren County at SR-63 & Small Structures and Drains Construction on SR 142, SR 42, SR 263, in Putnam, Morgan, and Warren Counties

The selected firm shall perform preliminary engineering and plan development services necessary to produce construction contract documents for the listed project in accordance with INDOTs designated letting schedule. The selected firm will also be responsible for: Non-Complex Traffic and Operations Analysis, Engineering Report (Des 2401399), Environmental Document (CE), Environmental Permits, Wetland Delineation, Topographic Survey, Roadway and MOT Design and Plan Development, Right-of-Way Plan Development (Engineering and Staking), Right-of-Way Title Research, Utility Coordination, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Railroad Coordination, Pavement Design and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide approved hydraulics reports for each structure, Geotechnical Engineering, and other Right-of-Way Acquisition Services. Other services such as Ecological Surveys, Wetland Mitigation, archeological investigations, and historical/architectural investigations may be included later if these work types become necessary. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected firm's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for his RFP item. The contract may utilize the INDOT Einvoice application.
