Project Development Services Small Structure Replacement on SR23 in Starke Co, Pipe Lining on I80/94 in Lake Co, and Small Structures and Drain Construction on US6 in Porter Co

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Road Design Plan Development, Traffic Management Plans and Construction Phase Services. Tree clearing is also anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as Pavement Design, Hydraulic Analysis, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, and Public Involvement Services, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will provide the Land Acquisition Services for these projects, if required. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. The contract may utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
