Road Project Development Services One Intersection improvement on US 24 @ Logansport Road in Cass County, One HMA Overlay on SR 14 in Fulton County, One HMA Overlay and one Sidewalk Rehabilitation on US 24 in Newton County

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide all Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Public Hearing/Public Involvement, Topographic Survey, Road Design, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking),pavement design, traffic management plan, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. INDOT will provide Geotechnical Engineering Services and Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
