Project Development Services Bridge Replacement of CR-300N / Lowell Road over I-65, 3.05 miles N of SR-46 in Bartholomew County, Seymour District.

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. These services will include: an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Bridge Replacement Design, Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking) and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the Scoping Meeting.
