Road Project Development Services Various Intersection and Drainage Improvements as well as Sidewalk Work along State Roads 56, 37 and US 150 in Multiple Counties

The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce construction contract documents for Contract R-45420. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), Real Estate Acquisition Services, Construction Phase Services and other related services as needed. INDOT may continue to use the selected consultant for further projects on and adjacent to the corridor dependent upon awarded funding. Additional DES numbers will be assigned at a later date and will break out into the following: 1st DES Flooding Site 3 Flooding Site 4, 5, and 9 Flooding Sites 4A, 4B, 4C Extend sites 4,5 and 9 to the east 2nd DES Orleans and Paoli Sidewalks 3rd DES SR 56 intersections (Hancock, SR 545, Airport Rd./Bear Cave Rd. S approach, College Avenue, Railroad Crossing) SR 56 at Bear Cave Rd. North approach SR 56 and Monon St. – Intersection sight distance issue The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
