Item Description

Other Freight and Intermodal Planning Study to Support Long-Range Plan Development - IN Multimodal Freight and Mobility Plan Update

Item Work Description

Update Indiana's 2023 Multimodal Freight and Mobility plan. The updated plan will comply with all Bipartisan Infratructure Law (BIL) requirements for state freight plans and will align with established INDOT transportation asset management plan goals. Consultants shall include a cost proposal in the letter of interest (LOI) for this item which will be considered in the selection evaluation process. The cost proposal shall be included in the 12 page LOI page count limit. Selected consultant may be required to work with parties involved in Indiana Corridor Planning Study Phase 2.
