Small Structure Project Development Services 7 Small Structure Replacements and 3 Small Structure and Drains Projects Spread Throughout Multiple Counties

This item includes 10 DES numbers spread throughout 5 construction contracts. They include: B-45211 (2301039 & 2301047), B-45271 (2301038, 2301042), R-45288 (2301186), B-45283 (2301046) and B-45280 (2301040, 2301041 and 2301071). The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Topographic Survey, Roadway Design Plan Development, Right of Way Engineering Services, Environmental Documentation, All Permits, Geotechnical Work, Utility Coordination, Pavement Design, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Construction Phase Service. Additional services may also be required, such as Hydraulics. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
