Project Development Services Other Project Type, on SR-37 from 2,500ft South of Greenfield Avenue to 2,500ft North of SR-32/SR-38

INDOT and the City of Noblesville are partnering to make phased improvements to the SR 37 Corridor from Greenfield Avenue up to SR 32/38 in Hamilton County. This will be an INDOT led effort with the City of Noblesville as a key member of the project team. This RFP will be turnkey for PE & RW services with the exception of Environmental Services – this is being provided by Lochmueller Group under a contract held by the City of Noblesville. Our selected consultant should be prepared to work directly with Lochmueller to coordinate the development and approval of all necessary environmental documents, including additional PR support throughout the design, right of way acquisition and construction phases of the project. The selected consultant should be prepared for a phased approach to design, with the first phase including final scope determination, construction phasing plan, Stage 1 development and any other tasks deemed necessary. The second phase of the design contract will include all other work items necessary to deliver the contract to construction completion. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected firm's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for his RFP item. The contract may utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
