Road Project Development Services One intersection improvement on SR 49 in Porter County and one roundabout on SR 55 in Lake County

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide all Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Public Hearing/Public Involvement, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking),pavement design, traffic management plan, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. Note: This RFP is for two intersections only. It does not include corridor or other intersection improvements mentioned in the supporting documents.
