Item Description

Project Development Services US 6 at SR 421 Roundabout in LaPorte County and one SR 149 Intersection Improvement with Added Turn lanes in Porter County.

Item Work Description

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide all Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Public Hearing/Public Involvement, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking),pavement design, traffic management plan, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application
