Additionally the selected firm will be responsible for providing public outreach to effectively communicate project development to the media and public thru consistent messaging and visual aids. Services required include but are not limited to public meetings, key stakeholder meetings, the INDOT public hearing, securing meeting rooms, providing meeting notifications, providing handouts, meeting visualizations, and distributing meeting minutes. All public outreach shall be coordinated with INDOT.
